CURBSIDE TRASH PICKUP

Republic Services offers two (2) options for CURBSIDE TRASH PICKUP:

1. Pay-as-you-throw Program (stickers):

With the pay-as-you-throw program, one (1) sticker is placed on each 25 lb. bag of household trash at curbside. The price of a sticker may vary from time-to-time based on transfer station “tipping” fees. Presently the cost is $1.05/sticker. This program is the most cost-effective.

Property owner / homeowner purchases stickers directly from one of the following grocery stores: Kings, Bishops, Flemington and Branchburg ShopRite, Flemington Stop n Shop.

2. Cart Program

Republic Services also offers residents the option for using a wheeled cart container for a monthly or quarterly fee. Different sizes are available based on your household needs. You are billed directly from Republic Services and the full cost of the cart would be the responsibility of the property owner. Many people make this choice for the convenience of having a trash cart on wheels, to minimize birds/animals getting into your trash and to eliminate the need to purchase stickers.
