Include the completed form, a copy of your driver’s license, and check or cash. The fee is $10.00 for each certified copy of a marriage license. Certified copies will be mailed within 24 hours of receipt.
- For Death Certificates the fee is $10 for the 1st copy and $5 for each additional copy.
- For Birth Certificates the fee is $10 for each copy.
